Lotion

• Lotion is used to protect pets against pineapple attacks
• Lotion lasts for 6 game-hours, so wait to apply it until there are less than 6 game-hours left before an explosion
• Lotion is effective from the block you apply it until 36 blocks later
  So if a pineapple is triggered in block 877704 (for example) it will explode 72 blocks later in block 877776
  The lotion will protect you if you apply it in any block from 877740 to 877776 inclusive - that's 37 different blocks
  
  
• Lotion cannot be used in the same transaction as any other item
• If you use lotion while a previous lotion is still in effect, the pineapple protection will be extended until 6 game-hours after the time of reapplication
• Drinking milk removes the lotion icon, but due to a programming error currently doesn't cancel the effect of lotion
• While lotion is in effect you will see a lotion icon in the top left corner
• History:
  • Lotion used to last for 3 game-hours, not 6. Changed 2nd Jan 2025
  • There used to be a bug in the code that made the lotion icon disappear while lotion was still active. If you had applied lotion, and then reapplied it while it was still active, the lotion icon would disappear when the first lotion would have expired, even though the reapplication would have made it last longer. This was just a display problem. The lotion would still protect you even though the icon wasn't showing. The bug was apparently fixed on 2nd Jan 2025
